Gender-Affirming Surgery & HRT Letters

For adults seeking gender-affirming medical care, including hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and/or gender-affirming surgeries, a letter from a licensed mental health professional is often required.  I am able both trained and experienced in providing these letters as part of gender-affirming care following the Standards of Care established by the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) to ensure letters meet current professional and medical guidelines.

Please let me know during scheduling if you are seeking a letter for gender affirming care, so that you can be scheduled appropriately. I do not charge an additional fee for these letters beyond the cost of the session. I do, however, require a minimum of 3 sessions in order to assure adequate time to learn about you, your history, your goals, and your support system, which enables me to better make an ethical and informed recommendation.
