I work with teens and adults who are navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, identity exploration, transitions, and the challenges of living in today’s world. I work with clients who are processing experiences such as domestic violence, sexual assault, religious trauma, childhood trauma, and grief or loss. I’m especially passionate about providing LGBTQ+ affirming therapy and have spent over a decade volunteering and advocating for the LGBTQ+ community.
My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported. I believe therapy should be collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in respect for your unique story and lived experience.
My approach to therapy is strengths-based, relational, and client-centered. I integrate evidence-based approaches including EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and relational therapy to support healing from trauma, anxiety, and depression. Together, we’ll work to understand the patterns that may be keeping you stuck while building on your existing resilience and strengths.
Whether you are working through trauma, navigating identity, or simply feeling overwhelmed by the weight of the world, therapy can be a place to reconnect with yourself. My hope is to help you move beyond survival toward greater self-compassion, self-acceptance, and lasting healing.
